CAN I ORDER A SAMPLE PLEASE?


Of course! If you see a design you like we recommend ordering a sample to see the quality of our stationery and to match your wedding scheme.




IS THERE A LIMIT ON HOW MANY I CAN ORDER?


We have a minimum order of 20 on applicable wedding stationery products.




HOW CAN I PLACE MY ORDER?


After you have fallen in love with one of our collections please email info@thebridalpaperie.co.uk to place your order.




CAN I SEE A PROOF BEFORE YOU PRINT MY STATIONERY?


Yes Sure! You will recieve an online proof via email within 5 working days to review and approve. We won't print your stationery until you are 100% happy with your proofs.




ARE ENVELOPES INCLUDED?


Envelopes are available separately. We offer a wide range of coloured luxury envelopes. Please get in touch for a quote if you have a particular colour in mind.




CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?


We are unable to amend orders once printing has begun. If you need to change or cancel an order you will be charged the full cost and will be responsible for reprinting costs.




CAN I RETURN A PERSONALISED ORDER?


Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of personalised goods.




HOW TO PAY?


All payments are made through paypal via a link on your invoice.




CAN I CHANGE THE WORDING ON MY STATIONERY?


Yes sure, we can change the wording to suit your day.




HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?


Please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery, from the date of proof approval.
